According to the decree of the Government of the Russian Federation, the 3rd International Helicopter Industry Exhibition HeliRussia-2010 took place on May 20 - 22, 2010 on the Crocus Expo grounds. The Exhibition was organized by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation on the initiative of the Helicopter Industry Association.
156 companies from 14 countries (Russia, Ukraine, Lithuania, the USA, Great Britain, France, Sweden, Italy, Germany, Poland, Libya, Slovakia, Belgium, and Israel) took part in the 3rd International Helicopter Industry Exhibition. The first Exhibition hosted 129 companies from 10 countries to present their expositions, including 22 foreign companies; the second Exhibition involved 144 companies from 16 countries, including 32 foreign ones. This year 40 overseas companies took part in the Exhibition.
HeliRussia 2010 included developers and manufacturers of helicopters, simulators and spare parts, cockpits and special equipment for the helicopters. It also housed the companies engaged in ground support, radar control, equipping of helipads, maintenance centers and fueling complexes. Besides transport, leasing and insurance companies, and, of course, helicopter equipment dealers were there.

С 20 по 22 мая 2010 года, в соответствии с распоряжением Правительства Российской Федерации от 2 сентября 2009 года № 1275-р, на территории «Крокус Экспо» прошла 3-я Международная выставка вертолетной индустрии «HeliRussia-2010». Выставка традиционно организуется Министерством промышленности и торговли Российской Федерации по инициативе Ассоциации Вертолетной Индустрии.
HeliRussia-2010 - единственная выставка в России, на которой представлен весь спектр продукции и услуг, предоставляемых вертолетной индустрией: от проектирования, производства и модернизации – до эксплуатации и сервисного обслуживания. А также – образцов навигационного оборудования, радиолокационного контроля и иного наземного обеспечения.
