Photo report from the Opening ceremony of the International Army Games 2016 and the first stages of Tank biathlon and Suvorov attack competition.
The International Army Games are to be participated by 121 teams from 19 countries, which represent Europe, Asia, Africa and Latin America. In total – about three thousand people. Another 11 countries have sent their observers to the Games.
ARMYGAMES-2016 will take place for two weeks from July 30rd to August 13th at 20 training ranges in Russia and Kazakhstan. Participants are invited to demonstrate their professional military skills in 23 different individual and team competitions.
Tank biathlon started on July 30rd at the first day of The Games. This year all teams have similar tanks T-72B3 except China, Russian and Republic of Belarus.
Suvorov attack is the competition for the IFV crews very similar to Tank biathlon.

30 июля 2016 г. на полигоне Алабино прошла церемония открытия вторых Армейских Международных Игр.
Игры пройдут в период с 30 июля по 13 августа одновременно на 20 полигонах в России и Казахстане. В этом году расширилось количество состязаний до 23. Всего в играх примет участие 121 команда из 19 стран, а 11 государств участвуют в статусе наблюдателей.
В первый и второй дни состязаний стартовали соревнования профессионального мастерства экипажей танков Танковый биатлон и экипажей боевых машин пехоты Суворовский натиск.
В этом году в Танковом биатлоне все команды соревнуются на одинаковых Т-72Б3 за исключением Китая, России и Республики Беларусь.
